When we arrived for our listing appointment, we came through the front gate, and saw ahead of us a welcoming front porch signaling the double-Dutch front door.  We said to each other “this place is charming”.  Through the front door is the living room with a white painted brick fireplace and open beam-trussed ceilings with Old-world charm.  During our meeting we asked the owner what was his favorite feature of the home, and without any pause, he said “the garden”.  Indeed it is.  Random, yet well tended, the garden has a coastal feeling with mature planting, a stunning Oak tree and friendly vignettes or “outdoor rooms” are scattered throughout the grounds.
